RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner in accordance to recipe, portion control and presentation specifications.

  • Restock all items as needed throughout the shift.

  • Maintain a clean, organized cook station in compliance with company standards, procedures and sanitation requirements.

  • Assist with cleaning, sanitation, organization and maintenance of kitchen coolers, cook stations and food storage areas adhering to proper food handling and storage standards.

  • Help prepare for and execute catering for events.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management staff.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be 18 years of age or over.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced establishment.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Experience working in a team orientated environment.

  • Physical demands of the job include but are not limited to:

    • Standing and walking during entire shift.

    • Reaches, bends, stoops, lifts, shakes, stirs, pours and carrying supplies.

    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in weight on a semi regular basis.

KITCHEN CREW

To be successful in this positions applicants will excel in working both in a team and on an individual basis.

BEERTENDER

To be successful in this positions applicants will excel in working as a part of a team and have a fantastic customer service attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Pour and serve beer to guests!

  • Have a thorough knowledge of our POS system, Self Serve Tap walls and PA/Sound system.

  • Restock all items as needed throughout the shift.

  • Maintain a clean, organized taproom in compliance with company standards, procedures and sanitation requirements.

  • Be able to solve customer issues quickly and with a great attitude.

  • Assist with cleaning, sanitation, organization and maintenance of crowler machine, can walk-in, to go beer fridge, storage areas and catering equipment.

  • Help prepare for and execute public and private events.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management staff.

  • Collect and run dishes through dishwasher.

  • Empty trash and keep taproom tidy and free of used glasses and dishes throughout shift.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be 21 years of age or over.

  • Must be available to work at least 1-2 weekend shifts.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced establishment.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Experience working in a team orientated environment.

  • Physical demands of the job include but are not limited to:
