Vendor Markets

Want to be a vendor at one of our upcoming markets? Here is what you need to know and how you can apply!

All vendors will need to submit an application to participate. After you have sent in the form below one of our team members will reach out to let you know if you have been accepted as a vendor, if you do not hear from us you have not been accepted.

VENDOR BOOTH FEE: $100 PER EVENT OR 20% OFF IF YOU BOOK BOTH EVENTS.

 

Vendor booth fees are non-refundable and must be paid to secure your booth space. Once your application has been accepted you will have 7 days to pay the vendor booth fee once it is sent before your space is released to another vendor. More details for load-in and day of operations will be sent to acccepted vendors at least 1 week prior to the event.

All vendor events will take place in our parking lot unless otherwise published. Each vendor will receive a 10x10 booth space. You will be required to provide all booth accessories (tents, tables, chairs, etc.) You will not have access to electricity unless you pay an additional fee of $25 to have a single 110v cord run to your booth. Spaces that can access electricity are limited and first come, first serve. Booth placement will be decided on by the BCB management team and will be given to vendors upon arrival to setup.

Submitting this application does not guarentee your acceptance into any events. Your space is not officially booked until payment for the vendor booth is received. The BCB team will send you an invoice to submit payment after acceptance into the event. We will not sell or share information submitted on this form. By submitting this application you agree to follow all Balt County Brewing rules and regulations. You agree to remove all trash that your booth creates and to leave no trace. Space sharing is not acceptable nor can you replace your booth with someone else. All booths must be individually registered for the event by filling out their own application and be accepted by the sales team. All of our festivals are Rain or Shine. Only in the case of extreme weather, will a festival be postponed to a later date. No refunds are given if you cannot make the rescheduled date, however you can move your payments to another festival. Wi-Fi is not provided to vendors.
